Wine Club Subscription

Your Direct Debit Payment Agreement
You are agreeing to a fixed quarterly ongoing payment subscription by Direct Debit provided on behalf of GoCardless and your bank. Payments are made to Pierre Hourlier Wines.

After sign-up 
Money will be taken from your account after approximately 5 working days (plus or minus a day).
All subsequent collections will happen on the day of signup in subsequent months.
So, for example, sign up made on the 5th of April will be taken on (around) the 10th of April, and subsequent payments will be taken on the 5th of May, the 5th of June, etc...

Duration & Content
Your subscription to your wine subscription includes free delivery of 12 bottles every 3 months / Quarter until you wish to cancel your commitment. 

Cancellation 
You control your standing order and you may cancel anytime you wish. There is not commitment. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify Pierre Hourlier Wines.

Fixed Payment 
You shall be debited a fixed amount every 3 months from the day the wine plan was first setup. In the event of any change to this amount then we shall inform at the earliest opportunity to amend your direct debit - minimum 14 days. 

Security
All payments are processed and are subject to the Direct Debit Guarantee. Direct Debit is one of the safest ways of paying your bills. In the event an error is made you are covered by your bank and building society. We do not store or hold any of your bank or personal details..

Privacy Policy
Your contact information given to us is of great importance and will be kept and not passed on to any third party.
